I am a trained and certified hypnotherapist, and a member of both the National Guild of Hypnotists (USA) and the Swiss Professional Association for Hypnotherapy (SBVH).
My expertise includes 5-PATH® Hypnotherapy as well as 7-PATH® Self-Hypnosis, the latter of which I teach directly to my clients for their ongoing self-care.
Through my prior work as a cognitive behavioral therapist across various hospitals and with the Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association, I have acquired extensive therapeutic insights and experience.
My passion lies in helping individuals overcome their personal struggles, break past internal barriers, and build a deep, lasting foundation of self-confidence.
A natural, focused state of mind that your brain enters every day — hypnotherapy simply guides it with intention.
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation and focused awareness, where positive transformations and lifestyle changes can be implemented with far less internal resistance than in an ordinary waking state.
Regular sessions cultivate self-belief, focus, creativity, and steady emotional well-being by working directly with the subconscious patterns that drive daily behaviour.
Targeted support for phobias, panic attacks, sleep disruption, and deep-seated emotional blockages that talk-based approaches alone often struggle to reach.
Highly effective for smoking cessation, weight management, and relieving stress-induced health issues by replacing old habits with new, self-chosen responses.
Every programme is tailored to you. These are the areas clients most often come to me for — each has its own dedicated guide.
Calm racing thoughts, ease physical tension, and respond to daily pressure from a steadier place.
Work through specific fears and panic responses at a pace your nervous system can accept.
Quiet the inner critic and build a grounded, lasting sense of self-worth.
Break the habit loop at the subconscious level, without willpower battles or substitutes.

Honest answers to what people usually want to know before their first session.
Hypnosis is a well-researched, fully safe therapeutic process when guided by a trained, certified professional. It is recognised by medical and psychological associations worldwide as a legitimate complementary therapy, and there are no known lasting side effects when practised correctly.
No. You remain completely conscious and aware throughout the entire session, you cannot be made to do or say anything against your values, and you retain the ability to end the state at any moment you choose.
Yes. Clinical studies and neuroimaging research show measurable changes in brain activity during hypnosis, and it is used as an evidence-informed tool for pain management, anxiety, habit change and stress-related conditions alongside conventional care.
This varies by goal: many clients notice a shift within 3–6 sessions, while single, well-defined habits such as smoking can sometimes be addressed in fewer visits. We review your progress together after each session and adjust the plan accordingly.
Most people describe it as similar to the relaxed, drifting feeling just before falling asleep — calm, focused, and pleasant, while remaining fully able to hear and respond to my voice.
Stage hypnosis is entertainment built around a small number of highly responsive volunteers acting for an audience. Clinical hypnotherapy is a private, goal-directed process aimed entirely at your own therapeutic outcome — there is no performance element at all.
Nearly everyone has the natural capacity to be hypnotised and can benefit from it. It is generally not recommended for people experiencing acute psychosis or certain severe untreated mental health conditions — if you are unsure, we can discuss this together in your free consultation.
Results depend on the goal and your ongoing practice. Many changes, especially habit-related ones, are long-lasting when reinforced; I also teach 7-PATH® self-hypnosis so you can maintain and deepen your progress independently after our sessions end.
